Pre-Auction Viewing
All lots are available for inspection prior to thesale on the days and time stated. This catalogue is intended as an aid to prospective buyers but you should satisfy yourself with regard to those lots that interest you and the final decision to bid, and the amount to bid, is at your discretion and liability. |

| DURING THE AUCTION |
Bidding at Auction
If you intend to bid please fill in the form at the Registration Desk. Proof of identity may be required. If a first time bidder you will be asked for your address and contact numbers to create your record. When you successfully purchase a lot the Auctioneer will ask for your Bidding Number. Please bid clearly and promptly using your bidding number. |

Absentee Bids
If you cannot attend the auction, Kayamanang Asya will exercise discreet effort to utilize the written bids delivered to us on your behalf. An Absentee Bid Form can be downloaded at www@kayamanangasya.com. Completed Absentee Bid Form can be returned by fax at 632 8539124, by post or delivered personally at Kayamanang Asya, Ink office at LRI Design Plaza, Nicanor Garcia St, Bel-Air Makati City. |

Telephone bids are accepted by Kayamanang Asya. |

| AFTER THE AUCTION |
Buyer’ Premium
A buyer’s premium of 12% of the successful bid price will be added thereto and is payable by the purchaser as part of the total purchase price. This 12% buyer’s premium is due to and exclusively for Ang Kayamanang Asya, Ink. |

Payment
If you are successful in buying, payment may be made to the cashier by credit card or cash during the course of the sale. Due to the disruption that it might cause to the conduct of the sale, lots may sometimes not be available for collection until the auction has finished although we shall endeavor to help buyers wherever possible. Payment may be made by cheque but items paid for in this manner will not be surrendered to the purchasers until such time as their cheque payments, have been cleared by our bankers. |

Storage
Purchases will be stored free of charge and will be available for collection from our salesroom for 5 working days. Thereafter they will incur storage charges of Php 300 per lot per day and will be available for collection by prior appointment only. |

Delivery
If you wish Kayamanang Asya, Ink. to make arrangement for a carrier to collect and deliver you’re purchased lots we shall be happy to do so but can take no responsibility for any damage or loss incurred to your lots. |

Shipping
If you wish your purchases to be shipped overseas, Kayamanang Asya, Ink. is willing to provide you with competitive quotations for transport to most parts of the world. |

Additional Services - Appraisal Service
Neither the Vendor nor the Auctioneer shall be responsible for any loss, accident, injury or loss of life which may be suffered by any person during the pre-viewing, auction sale and collection of goods sold. The Vendor and Kayamanang Asya, Ink or any person in the employ of Kayamanang Asya, Ink. do not make any representation nor give warranty on any purchased lots. |
