Evaluation
First, you have to arrange a meeting with us to discuss and check the property. You may contact us at 853-6438,39 or 898-2125. You can also bring your property directly to our gallery where we can conduct an evaluation, and provide you with a preliminary auction estimate. |

Decision to sell
Kayamanang Asya, Ink will decide whether your property is appropriate for sale at auction based on valuation results. If you decid to proceed, you will be asked to sign a contract, and Kayamanang Asya will take the property in for cataloguing and photography. |

Delivery and Pick up
You can deliver your items directly to our office or we can also arrange to have them picked up. |

Seller’s Contract
The seller contract covers important issues such as reserve price and Kayamanang Asya, Ink commission. |

Reserve Price
The reserve price is the minimum selling price to which a consignor (you) and Kayamanang Asya, Ink agree before the sale, below the reserve price no bid will be accepted. |

Seller’s Commission
Sellers pay a commission that is deducted, along with any agreed-upon expenses, from the hammer price. |

Payment
Shortly after the sale, you will receive a listing of the final hammer price for each item you consigned. We will remit payment within 30 days from the day of the sale provided we are in receipt of the buyer's payment. |
